The hotel is located in the dense fabric of the settlement of Agios Stefanos, on a sloping plot with southwest orientation. The hotel has a capacity of 10 rooms and 4 studios and features a reception area, breakfast area, central pool, gym and recording studio. The complex is structured on three main levels with the buildings developed on the edges of the site, creating internal courtyards. At the same time, all the rooms have unobstructed sea views and each one has exclusive access to a swimming pool or jacuzzi.
