Located in a privileged location of Elia Mykonos, a new luxurious 5-star hotel with a 20-room capacity, is going to be built.
The intention of having all the rooms the best view of the sea has been a key point in the synthetic solution. Consequently, all the buildings are oriented south and southwest. The main access to the rooms is from the north side, so that on the south side the outdoor areas of the rooms are developed, with pergolas, sitting areas and swimming pools.
The above layout aims to take full advantage of the slope of the terrain and ensure the optimal view to the sea for all the rooms, offering outdoor and semi-open areas protected by the northern winds. The communal areas are located near the entrance of the complex, so the majority of the rooms will provide absolute peace and privacy to the tenants.
Finally, the whole building area of the complex has been distributed in such a way in the buildings so as to give a harmonious whole. The proportions of the volumes - openings on these volumes, the gentle smoothing at the edges, adhere to the principles of Mykonian architecture to the maximum extent and fit harmoniously in the landscape.
