The present project includes the architectural design, the issuance of a building permit and the construction of a luxury 5-star hotel in the island of Mykonos. The complex is going to be developed in plots of a total area of 21,696.00 sq.m. and will consist of four zones, comprising a total of twelve buildings with 71 luxurious rooms and villas with private pools and jacuzzi. The hotel will also feature receptions with lounge area and a business center, cocktail bar with a unique view, pool bar, modern restaurant, atmospheric spa, gym, event hall, outdoor theatre and a central pool. Following the steep slope of the terrain, the building volumes are developed in one or two levels, totally integrated into the natural terrain and oriented to the East, providing unobstructed views. The alternation of materials and the breakdown of volumes, as well as the design of the outdoor spaces, compose a building whole with Cycladic characteristics. Narrow, uphill alleys, small plateaus that are fully harmonized with water elements and plantings, create individual qualities that each visitor will have the opportunity to experience by wandering around the complex, acquiring a unique Cycladic landscape experience.
