The study started in September 2019 and the construction will be completed in the summer of 2023. The building includes 7 suites and a restaurant. The starting point of the composition is the optimal adaptation of the building to the topography and its harmonization with both the natural and the structured environment of the settlement. The building is spread out on the plot following its shape. As a result, we have elevations in different orientations, thus taking advantage of the shape and location of the plot, which stands out on its west side to the cliffs and the view to the volcanic landscape.
