The study started in September 2020 and construction was completed in the summer of 2021. The building includes 7 suites on 2 levels and 5 swimming pools. The starting point of the composition is the optimal adaptation of the building to the topography and its harmonization with both the natural and the structured environment of the settlement. Part of the building is a cave with private pools integrated in the shell.
