XKS Architects & Engineers has delivered the construction and interior design of a new hotel in Kalo Livadi, Mykonos.The architectural study was conducted by G + A EVRIPIOTIS architectural practice. The hotel is developed on an area of 10 acres and consists of a complex of two-storey and cave buildings as well as outdoor areas, facing south, where the sea view is. The large height elevation difference of the plot from South to North and the amphitheatric layout of the buildings, ensures unobstructed sea views from all the hotel’s main areas and rooms. The main areas of the hotel include 31 luxurious rooms, a reception, restaurant, kitchen, fitness centre and wellness areas. There is be also a central pool, as well as smaller private ones in the cave-rooms.
