The complex will be located in Parasporos of Milos, developed in nine buildings that will be arranged in two rows on the east-west axis following the terrain and ensuring unobstructed views towards the sea. In the upper row we will meet the main building, which will be placed towards the street and will include the common functions on the ground floor and the rooms on the first floor, as well as four two-storey buildings with rooms. In the lower row there will be two ground floor rooms and two more private independent villas, one with two rooms and the other with one. All ground floor rooms will offer private courtyards with pools, while half of the rooms on the first floor will have private jacuzzi. The project will be dominated by the central pool, which will be developed on two levels following the slope of the natural terrain. The design with the decomposition of the volumes, the retreat of the floors in the buildings and the alternation of closed and open spaces will follow the traditional morphology of the island. This feeling will be further intensified by the selected materials, such as stone, natural wood, white plaster, etc., both outdoors and indoors.
